1. Click Start Button.
2. Choose Devices and Printer.
3. Click the Printer that we currently try to troubleshoot.
4. Cancel or Delete printing queues that is hanging.
5. Test Print.
6. If other problems occur when printing, such as printing jam, we can remove the paper slowly from printer inside.
7. If the printer alignment is not good, we can use Alignment to adjust the alignment depend on the brand and models type from the printer.
8. If the ink is low, we try to fill the tank with inks or change the cartridge.
9. If the printing has lines on each alphabet that printed, we can choose Cleaning the printed, this varies on the brand and model type of the printer.
10. If the printer cannot on, try to change other power adapter. If the problems occurs again, the printer‘s motherboard is already out.
11. If all of these problems occur again and printer has still warranty, we can see it to service centre.
