1. If we can still enter Windows, copy the files from Local Disk C in C:\Users or folders inside it such as Desktop, Download, My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, Favorites, Links to external backup media such as pen drive if files are in small size or external hard disk drive.
2. If we cannot enter Windows, use Hiren BootCD and boot it up from BIOS.
3. Choose Mini Windows XP.
4. Wait until a Windows XP logo is appearing on the screen and Desktop appears.
5. Click File Explorer and search for the files and copy it just like in (1).
