Tips and Tricks Series - PC Assembling

1. Prepare all hardware such as casing, screwdrivers, motherboard, RAM, hard disk drive, power cords, and internal optical disk drive.
2. Tick the warranty stickers the month and the year that it firstly used.
3. Take out the mother board from its box and place it carefully on top of sponge.
4. Insert the processor carefully.
5. Place the fan and clip it until all its legs is inserted and connected to motherboard.
6. Place the RAM inside each slot.
7. Place the motherboard inside the casing after opened it.
8. Screw the motherboards carefully.
9. Insert the internal optical disk drive in the upper slot and hard disk drive in lower part of the casing.
10. Screws both hardware to the casing.
11. Plug in the power connector and SATA connector to hard disk drive and internal optical disk drive, front panel, USB, HD Audio cable to respected pins.
12. Connect the power cable to back of the power supply, mouse and keyboard to back of the casing.
13. Connect power cable to the back of the PCs which is the power supply, VGA cable from monitor to VGA port at back of PC, USB Keyboard and Mouse or PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse.
14. On the switch.
15. Insert Windows installation disc and Install Windows.
