Tips and Tricks Series - Remove Virus and Malware

1. Choose Quick Scan and Full Scan.
2. Choose to Quarantine, Ignore, Delete and Click Apply Fix.
3. Wait for Apply Fix to finish. The virus is removed, quarantine or ignore according to our decisions.
4. A restart is required for better removal process. We can agree for Boot Time Scan which can remove virus before entering Desktop.
5. Finish. We can try scan again or using Malware bytes Anti Malware.
Malware bytes Anti Malware
1. Make sure the Malwarebytes Anti Malware is installed first.
2. Click and run Malwarebytes Anti Malware.
3. On Dashboard, click Update Now.
4. Wait until update virus definitions is completed, click Scan.
5. Choose Threat Scan or Custom Scan (choose hard disk or any removable drives).
6. Click Scan Now.
7. Click Skip Update.
8. Wait until Scan finished.
9. Choose Ignore, Add to Exclusion or Quarantine.
10. Choose Quarantine All.
11. A result will appear.
12. Restart the computer.
13. If the virus and any malware is still appearing after each scan, reformat or Recovery the Windows.
